If you want to try doing it yourself, I maintain an open source version of the Padsite framework that shares it's core layers with PadsitePLUS. You are welcome to download it and use it to build your own web site(s).
PadsitePLUS is in part a proving ground for new features. Most of those new features will find their way into the open source framework over time.
